Profile

Maintains information of each asset with an unique tracking number; description; quantity; manufacturer; vendor details; service provider details; serial number; warranty coverage; warranty expiration date; insurance coverage; acquisition date; acquisition cost; current state of usage; useful life; depreciation method; physical location and date of disposal.

Assignment

Record the required authorization and procedure for issue of assets to staff and locations. HiVE also has the provision to record the maintenance activities, asset movement and its disposal.

Early Warning System/Alert

Generates alerts to the operations team about AMC and Warranty expiry details for a specific asset. Provides automatic reminder for “follow up” calls to Service Providers for timely asset repairs. Alerts regarding insurance expiry and any other service related events.

Proactive Asset Servicing

Enables the maintenance team to plan and execute timely maintenance activities. Generate work orders for maintenance execution by staff and service providers. It also provides information on the nature of breakdown for staff to attend and repair the asset.

Depreciation

HiVE-Depreciation feature provides easy-to use fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and reporting features for cost effective asset management throughout the asset life cycle.
